I thought this was a cute idea for favors and a newer version of the popular candy buffet.
Do you like long tables? Short tables? Round tables?
Here is an inspiration board I found based on purple. The bridesmaids’ dresses in the top right corner are from David’s bridal. I think that David’s would be a good place to check If you want to go with a cohesive look but different bridesmaids dresses, which I think would look nice with a big bridal party. This would look really pretty with black shoes that each bridesmaid picks out on her own to complement the style of dress she is wearing (after you approve it, of course!). Slightly varied but completely pulled together at the same time.
Here is another palette that reminded me of you. I think this would lend itself very nicely to a New Year’s Wedding.
How cute is this? The author used it as escort cards- so creative! This would be an appropriate little detail in a summer wedding or a New Year’s wedding.
Sister, since you have yet to hone in on your style and vision for your wedding, the inspiration that I will post will probably be all over the place. Feel free to give me feedback and direction so that I can feed you more focused content as time goes on. You know I won’t be offended. Happy Critiquing!
This is the first inspiration board I found that made me think of you after my brother showed me the ring. The creator of this board (and all the other boards on their site) draws from non-wedding inspiration to create beautiful palettes. This was what I was talking about when I said that the trend is to choose a palette of colors rather than just one or two accent colors.
Well, she’ll be my actual sister after the wedding, anyway. This is where I will post any lovely wedding inspiration that causes me to think of her. Love you Sister!
